Hypland offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited edition drops and collaboration items are final sale unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective box, ensuring all original hangtags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
